In 2006, Damian and Dianne started in partnership with Graham and Janet Baird, first with a work from home permit, then from a little shed on Walnut Avenue. As a result, of great customers and Large Manufacturer's seeking their services as Warranty Agents, a need for more space was necessary. We then moved to 119 8th St, Graham and Janet decided to retire and venture out in their caravan, with Graham becoming a regular entertainer at the many Country music festivals they attend.
A new space was called home at 9 Hynes Court in 2017 until the 29th March 2022 when a large Fire swept through the premises, heartbreakingly taking the entire business with it.
Not to be kept down for long Damian, Dianne and the Team relocated to to a much smaller interim space at 155a Seventh St on the 31st May 2022.

Until finally moving to what they hope to be their "forever shed" on May 1st, 2023 at 2/134 Eleventh St (behind Stockfeeds), offering great parking, large showroom and repair bays, ticking all of the boxes to offer you the best service experience possible!

Now more then ever, the Team understand's the need to ensure that you get great value for money, "like every small business we too seek this value from our business partners and why wouldn't we strive to achieve that for you too".
The importance of honesty is paramount in our business ethics, we value this above all else. If we think your appliance isn't worth spending more money on to repair we'll let you know and of course it's entirely up to you if want to go ahead with the repair. Of course if you've called us to your house, you will still need to pay our service call, on the day, if you don't go ahead with the repair.
Friendly service shouldn't be hard to find, it should be a given. We greet you as a friend and welcome you to experience our services whether you are purchasing one of our appliances or booking a service call. Your business is important to us and we value your continued support.
